Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 4AE Enterprises website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Acceptance and Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.
User Responsibilities and Conduct
When using our services, you agree to:

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing necessary content, materials, and access in a timely manner
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Making timely payments according to the agreed schedule
- Providing feedback and direction as needed
- Ensuring they have rights to all materials provided to us
Timelines and Delays
Project timelines are estimates based on the scope and client cooperation. Delays caused by client actions feedback delays, or scope changes may affect project completion dates. We will communicate any timeline impacts promptly.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issue date unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
- Services may be suspended for accounts over 30 days past due
- Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in individual agreements
- All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise
Intellectual Property Rights
Client Content and Materials
Clients retain ownership of their original content trademarks, and materials. By providing materials to us clients grant us a license to use, modify, and display such materials for the purpose of providing services.
Work Product and Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain rights to any pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and general knowledge used in providing services.
Portfolio and Marketing Rights
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement specifies otherwise. Client names and project details may be used for promotional purposes.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. However:
- We cannot guarantee specific results from SEO or marketing efforts
- Website performance may be affected by factors outside our control
- Third-party services and platforms may change without notice
- Internet and technology risks are inherent in digital services
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4AE ENTERPRISES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4AE Enterprises from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) client's use of our services, (b) client's violation of these Terms, (c) client's violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content or materials provided by the client.
Termination
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:
- With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- Immediately for non-payment beyond grace periods
- As specified in individual project agreements
Upon termination, clients remain responsible for all fees incurred through the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services to another provider.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or to provide contracted services. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseeable events.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction, as specified in individual service agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 4AE Enterprises operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any specific service agreements and SOWs, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
